POCKET BANKNOTE SORTING SYSTEM
The Cash Wizard is an intelligent and reliable currency
sorting system.
Using pattern recognition and a series of high resolution image
sensors to determine
various banknotes, the Cash Wizard makes
light work of counting, sorting, facing,
windowing and batching
large amounts of
mixed banknotes. The Wizard does not use
costly gate motors and because
sorting times are reduced there
is much less wear & tear on moving parts.
VALUE COUNT/IDENTIFY MIXED NOTES AT HIGH
SPEED
Utilising 4 pockets the Wizard will value count into the top
pocket
until it fills and then move down filling each pocket
until all
4 pockets have been accurately counted, thus minimising
handling
SORTING OF DENOMINATIONS
Utilising
all 5 pockets the Wizard is able to sort all Australian banknote
denominations at once by sending each of them to their relevant
pocket
FACE/WINDOW NOTES IN ONE SIMPLE STEP
Utilising 4
pockets the Wizard will face and window each denomination in
one step. Face up window down, Face up window up, Face down window
down, Face down window up
BATCHING
The Cash Wizard will count & batch the required number of
notes into each of the top 4 pockets. Simply take the batch out
of any pocket and the Wizard will quickly refill that pocket.
